All content, images and graphics on our website is the property of PetSource Inc., its partners, affiliates, and suppliers and may not be copied, published or distributed without the express written consent of PetSource Inc.

We take security very seriously and will always protect your privacy. The personal information collected on our website is used only to enhance your shopping experience. We’ll never store, sell or lease your information and have taken all necessary measures to protect your privacy by using the safest and most secure e-commerce technology.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change based on periodic manufacturer prices increases. Although we do our best to keep our website current and up to date, mistakes do occur and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur with your order.
Returns
We offer a 30-day exchange, credit or refund on most products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please call us for a Return Authorization Number. All returned items must have a Return Authorization Number before returning to our warehouse.
All motorized items including clippers, trimmers, dryers and equipment that was drop shipped to you from the manufacturer, must be returned directly to the manufacturer who shipped them to you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless an item was sent to you in error.
Drop Shipp Equipment
For timely and more efficient delivery, our large equipment are drop-shipped directly from our manufacturers. These items include but are not limited to Crates, Cages, Dryers, Tables, Tubs and parts for most equipment. Orders that include drop-ship items will not show the total shipping amount on your invoice. Once your order is placed, one of our representatives will contact you to provide shipping options and total shipping cost. Backorders
We do our very best to keep the items you need in stock. If your item is not in stock when you order, it becomes a "Backorder". We will ship any backorders over $100.00 just as soon as the merchandise arrives in our warehouse. For backorders under $100.00, we ask you to re-order the items you need when you place your next order.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a box that is damaged, please note it as such and refuse the package. If you have already accepted the package, call us (American Pet Pro 1-800-543-9480) for instructions and replacement of the damaged items. Save all original boxes and packaging materials for inspection by the carrier if required and notify the carrier immediately.
Manufacturer Warranties
Although most manufacturers provide warranties, documentation is required. Please keep all warranties and owner's manuals that come with your merchandise as well as your receipt. If an item becomes defective, please refer to your warranty information for proper procedures.
